Help Desks have been opened in the Main Office at Thiruvananthapuram and Branch Offices at Thrissur and Kozhikode to attend to grievances of GPF subcribers and Pensioners.
All complaints addressed to the Principal Accountant General from PF subscribers, Pensioners, Gazetted Officers of the State Government and Long Term Loanees are registered in the AG’s Secretariat and personally monitored by the Principal Accountant General.
